From my previous experiences at other dealerships I dealt with, Walser in Roseville gets 5nstars from me. I went online and got interested in a Terrain. I was shortly after that contacted via text and my saleslady did a video for me and in her voice explained i detail all about the one I was interested in. I was offered to come in and test drivethe TerrainI inquired about. I set up appt. Trisha whom I dealt with was there and ready for me with a big smile. She was fsntastic theu the whole process. She was very professional and upfront with answers. She went with me on a rest drive and totally loved that. I have been put in a vehicle at other dealerships and handed keys of key fobs, not even knowing how to run rhe vehicle. With changes in push buttons and all the other gadgets in these new vehicles, no one should be expected to get on the road alone. I have picked out vehicles that I was interested in, only to be told I cant afford it or pull out the vehicle they think I should have and not asking if I liked the color or they vehicle itself. So I was leasing a few times and thought this was a leasing thing. When I finally said I dint want to lease , I want to purchase, I went to White Bear Superstore, and tried again before your dealership, and had enough of their nonsense. I dont mind naming the dealership. All I can say they lost out, and need lessons with customer service. Trisha made me feel so much better about myself. I wasnt told that I couldnt afford it, and how would anyine know if I could or couldnt? She explained the difference btwn a Buick Envision and the Terrain. I had made up my mind what I wanted before I got there really not knowing that I would be driving home that afternoon I would be driving home in my new vehicle.I wasnt questioned in a bad way, instead Trisha LISTENED to me, and went to the finance person, and let me know everytime where thungs were at. She drove rhe new vehicle in the garage because it was raining and I followed in mine to empty out mine to put into the new and she helped me, You have a keeper (Trisha) and never ever had such excellent expertise, professionalism, caring attitude and personality, everything was about me the customer. I would definitely recommend your dealership. The process was great. But the test drive with with your salesperson is a plus. And one more thing to mention, that I had license plates put on my vehicles and honestly Awesome. We always got temporary piece of paper in the back window and always had to go back few weeks later because they finally arrived. I drove home knowing this Terrain is all mine. I could go on with more, but you have my vote. Thanks to Trisha and all involved with the great service.

I had an issue where my vehicle wouldn't start only a month after buying it. But the walser service team got my vehicle serviced and fixed in a very timely manner. I purchased the warranty at signing and am so glad I did, they towed my vehicle and serviced it all for free.

I ended up at walser Buick GMC because of "the problem car" I bought from a different Dealership. I had to bring car in multiple times over the last three years, for unrelated issiues. I was respected & listened to. Solutions were suggested, and car was serviced. This weekend I decided to trade in "the problem car". All the employees Matt, Gab, Sam in service & (Adam service Mgr) , Kirk, in trade evaluation, and Marcos (M4) in sales were wonderful to work with. Admittedly I can be "alot" or "xtra" however every person met me with authentic integrity.
