Very happy overall. Only issues (not big): 1) Setting up appointment online did not work very well for some reason. Received email back from GM saying they received request and were working on it but then no answer/results for 1/2 day. Then, multiple phone calls with confusion as to what location, etc. until it was straighted out. 2) I come a fair distance (Rogers, MN) so want everything certain before traveling so that confusion made me a little uneasy with little time (I've been working a lot of OT overnight) in my schedule. In the end it all worked out and appointment went well (loved the video!)!

Trisha Wenzel worked very hard to make sure that this sale went smoothly. We had visited on the phone, sent messages, and pictures back and forth until we successfully had a good deal put together. Trisha set up a time for me to arrive at the business to complete paper work and answer many questions. She made sure that the new truck was ready to go after all the paper work was completed.Trisha is a super salesperson to work with. I looked around for a new truck like this one at several other GMC dealers around Ia and MN. I am very happy with the GMC and the way the whole sale was completed. Trisha made sure that the blue tooth phone set was working, along with helping me with instructions to operate the navigation system and showing me all the other options that the new truck had to offer. Everyone at the business was very nice and helpful.

What I did appreciate about dealing with Walser Roseville GMC was that they did not waste a lot of my time especially with back and forth negotiations on my trade in vehicle or vehicle sales price. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I walked in. I also had data on what my trade in vehicle was selling for at dealer Auctions. The trade in manager was more than fair in working on my trade in and we were mutually happy with the result. The customer specialist Trisha Wenzel was very professional and was able to easily run me through the process. Taking me through the steps of initial conversation, acceptable trade in conversations, loan approvals, final paperwork and getting me in my brand new Sierra.She made this happen in just a few hours, including moving the vehicle from the show room floor to the front door. I would suggest Roseville Walser to anyone and ask for Trisha for a great experience.Another bonus is that Walser has a 10 year / 150k mile extended drive train warranty on new vehicles which gives the buyer more confidence in that the major pieces in the vehicle are covered.
Friendly service and a comfortable waiting environment while getting my oil changed and vehicle inspected. The video provided afterward of service on my vehicle was great for peace of mind.

Kirk made the process very easy and understanding when it came to explaining the warranty and process. Even if you dont think anything will happen to your vehicle something always does but now im covered and not worried. Andy was very helpful when looking over the vehicle and making sure everything checked out since it came from another walser dealership. Without their help I wouldn't be in my new vehicle. Came in for an unscheduled oil change/rotation and was able to get in and out in about an hour. price was good for oil change and rotation and they even took a coupon from another dealer.My one issue is when they recommended to replace the air filter (which they already had out to show me the condition), I agreed to have it replace but my issue is the fact that I was charged $20 labor to intall an air filter that had already been removed. I should have asked the total cost (which was $49.99) before hand so lesson learned there. I used to write service for 20+ years and have worked for GM, Ford and Chrysler, we didn't charge labor for replacing air filters as it was part of the service. Samantha was great, very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. would go back for service work in the future if needed.
