Trim Levels

The 2024 Buick Encore GX keeps it simple offering 3 well equipped trim levels. This is one of the strong suits of the Encore GX as it does not overwhelm the buyer and ensures that each of the 3 distinct trims is packed with features. Each of the 3 trim levels comes standard as front-wheel drive but is available with all-wheel drive.

• Preferred: The Preferred trim, despite sitting at the base of the trim lineup, is far from a base trim. It has a plethora of standard features such as Buick Driver Confidence, Wireless Apple CarPlay/Wireless Android Auto, and a stunning 11-inch diagonal HD color touchscreen. Directly in front of the driver while inside a Preferred trim is an 8-inch diagonal driver information center, that houses key vehicle information such as speed and fuel range. In Buick fashion, the Preferred trim is gorgeous and does not strike the resemblance of a base trim thanks to its 18-inch Silver-painted aluminum wheels, chrome moldings, and LED headlights. • Sport Touring: The Sport Touring is a newcomer to the Encore GX trim lineup, replacing the Select trim level from prior years. As expected, you get all the standard features that the Preferred trim comes with, plus the addition of some exclusive Sport Touring trim features. Visually, the Sport Touring lives up to its name, with 18-inch Gloss Black aluminum painted wheels, and Gloss Black trim throughout the exterior including the sporty mesh front grille, LED taillights, and Silver trim inserts surrounding portions of the front and rear bumper. The Sport Touring also features a more powerful engine, pushing 155 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque out of its ECOTEC 1.3-liter turbocharged engine.
• Avenir: The Avenir, being the top dog of the trim lineup, features a long list of additional features on top of what is found in the Preferred and Sport Touring trims. Styling-wise, the Avenir truly looks like a luxury vehicle due to its upgraded 19-inch Premium Pearl Nickel aluminum wheels, Black Ice grille, and LED clear lens taillights. These luxurious upgrades extend into the Encore GX’s interior, presenting the driver with heated front seats and steering wheel, memory settings, an 8-way adjustable driver seat with 2-way lumbar control, and leather-trimmed seating. Each of the 3 2024 Encore GX trim levels offers a distinct style and value proposition. All 3 share the wide and sporty mesh front grille, with sleek LED headlights sitting directly above it. The side profile has sharp body lines that create a muscular presence on the road, and the rear features a sporty diffuser and dual exhaust openings. All 3 trim levels also feature Buick’s new tri-shield logo, and they wear it proudly across the front and rear as well as throughout the interior.

Interior

The interior of the 2024 Buick Encore GX is full of surprises. The first of which is the size, as it offers a generous amount of space for being a small SUV. With seating for up to five people, the 2024 Encore GX is ready to take you and your precious cargo wherever you please. Speaking of cargo, the 2024 Buick Encore GX has 40/60 split rear seats and available flat-folding front-passenger seatback.
