Walser has been my go-to place for service for ten years. The employees are always friendly and thorough. Whether an oil change or major engine issues, my car is taken care of in a timely manner. The Lyft rides back and forth are a God send.

At this time I wouldn't recommend Walser service. The woman who answered the phone and set up my appt was not very friendly and the soonest Walser could get my vehicle in just for a diagnostic let alone the service (for an issue that is clearly a manufacturer defect) was over a week. Perhaps my review will change once serviced but so far I'm not impressed. I expected at least an apology for the fact that the infotainment system on my 2024 vehicle with less than 6000 miles on it. But the woman was curt and just seemed to want to get me off the phone. I did have an oil change a couple weeks ago and that was fine and the service gentleman were very nice. All questions after this are in response to my oil change and not my most recent call about my malfunctioning Infotainment system.

Why did WALSER wait weeks to ask for feedback? WALSER could not update our software and to get us to go away, apparently, they gave us a web site that "handles that now." The site no longer handles software updates for our vehicle. They should have told us that in the first place. They succeeded in getting us to quit "bothering" them with our issue. That is the FIRST thing I will remember when shopping for a new vehicle. THE FIRST THING I will associate with the Walser name. "We asked them for help and they said, "can't help you, It's not our job to help you. But here instead is a web site that you can go to that won't help you either., don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you.'" You need a new ad slogan Walser wants your sale, but we don't service what we sell. Instead, we send you to another company who can't help you either. Just go way." Or shorter Walser doesn't help you. Just buy a new car!! Walser: the face of GMC, but we'll blame GMC. WALSER We don't service what we sell. WALSER: won't or can't, but please buy a new vehicle from us every couple of years. WALSER we sell products we can't service. WALSER we know GMC sucks, just buy! WALSER we sell what we can't service WALSER is the face of GMC. But our hands are tied. But here's a worthless web link instead that we SHOULD OF COURSE KNOW could can't help you. WALSER only sells products that we will stand behind when the government forces us to, like a dangerous, exploding airbag. I reiterate. Walser is the face of GMC. WHY would WALSER give us an alternative solution that they should have, SHOULD have known was bogus? Answer: Because they would get never get money from it What will I will remember when shopping for my next vehicle? That GMC and Walser will not support their product. I got "not our job" for help. Or " we only support new sales." I had better check other brands and break my chain of Yukon--Yukon--Acadia Limited. Maybe Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Acura, Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Range Rover maybe there ARE alternatives. Maybe.

Great communication. Quick service. Service advisor presented recommendations in a professional matter. Service advisor was transparent.

The check engine light came on the day after I picked up my car. When I brought it to the service at your company, they looked at me and shrugged their shoulders because the error was not active and they had an aftermarket analyzer tool so it was a complete waste of time to bring it there and now I have to figure out what to do.

Work is done on time at a reasonable price. People are Friendly. Seem to know what they're doing.
