Professional service, however would expect a more detailed explanation of what was included in the vehicle inspection besides oil and oil filter change and tire rotation such as the lubrication, fluid level check, etc. of safety inspection in the invoice. I was told at time of pickup that it was an "older car."

Just bought a used vehicle from Walser GMC in Roseville—and let’s just say the first 24 hours were eventful. The moonroof went rogue and jumped off the rails, and the glove box decided it was done being a glove box. Not exactly the smoothest start. But here’s the thing: Cody (my salesperson) and the entire team absolutely crushed it. I let him know what happened, and within hours they were on it. Sales Manager Rob was super accommodating, and Matt from Service? The guy deserves a cape. We were about to head out of state to Colorado, so there was zero room for delays—and somehow they pulled off all the repairs in just one day. It honestly felt like they dropped everything to make it right. Buying a used car can be a nerve-wracking experience, but these folks made it feel easy—even when things didn’t go as planned. The team at Walser GMC went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
Did not explain 5 page invoice, and no contact for Two hours than a ride home after I asked
They sent me home with the airbags not working in my car and was told that they would fix it when I brought the car in to have the insulation in the hood of my car installed. After six weeks of not being able get get the insulation put it and driving with my airbags not working I made an appointment to get the airbags working and they charged me another $432 to fix that after my initial $1, 333 bill. I finally went to a different Buick dealer to get the insulation put in my car because after waiting two months to get the insulation installed at Walser, I did not want to wait any longer. According to my car insurance provider, the cost to do all the repairs except for the insulation should have only cost $605. I ended up paying Walser over $1700.
Personal were very professional. They answered several questions I had. The wait was a little longer than was first indicated, but the service was good .
All work is done very professionally and on time promised Waiting room is clean and has beverages and popcorn

Outstanding service from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to getting it back a handful of weeks later. The communications with the service department was superb. Updates were relayed in an informative and timely fashion. While it was great to get our vehicle back, the smile on my face also illustrated my appreciation of the service department. Bravo!
