Jessie and Omar were knowledgeable and helpful. Omar helped us find and select the Acadia that is the best fit for use. Jessie was patient and helpful in walking us through the set up of the vehicle and braved the Super Cruise demo drive. This is the seventh GMC that we have purchased from Walser Roseville GMC. Although the use of online form signatures is helpful, the paperwork process takes a long time and detracts from the great job that the Walser staff does.

I brought it in. The first person seemed well versed in my problem the second person was not.
Took my car here to get another opinion after leaving GMC in Bloomington, after they told me there was nothing wrong with my shocks, which me not being a mechanic, I could tell you there was something wrong with them. As soon as we went there, the technician drove our car and said right away there was something wrong with shocks. They went ahead and fixed my car with no issues and it was covered under my warranty.They definitely know what they're doing here more so than the other dealership in Bloomington!!
GMC Walzer had the truck I wanted and they went through special efforts to get my undercoating and protective coat done early so we could take our trip into Canada. We were very pleased with them.

It would take too long to explain. Very bad experience in the service department. Proper diagnostic was not given. Wasted tons of my money and issue not resolved, had to revisit 3 times, rent a car for $50 / day many days ... zero apology, zero offering to resolve. They acted like it was all normal. That experience was not normal. Sam always gave full diagnostic with true advice to help guide spending in an educated way instead of taking advantage to close out meaningless tickets at the end of the month ??... Inexcusable.

This is the second time one had services done where something is broken and I'm told there's nothing that can be done. Forcing me to pay for the extra part. Plus I have not been receiving videos of my vehicle during diagnostic or before/after the service is done showing the prices like I have in the past

I am very disappointed with how was treated by this center. I am forced to make my appointments using the website or the A.I. phone system because I can't get a real person on the line. Neither one of these are user friendly or personal. Second, I was forced to sign up for and use a service (Uber) I swore I would never use. Could not get an understandable estimate of the shocks & struts needed. Went to Cadillac and had the work done for $600 less with an understandable estimate. Also, our last battery replacement (still under warranty) and we weren't charged an installation fee. Also, tire monitors were not reset. All in all, a disappointing experience after being referred from friends who bought their car there.

I bring my vehicle there to get a oil change and this noise in the rear end it's still making the noise when I reverse like a vibration sound it's in the inside but they said they can't do nothing about it. Vehicle runs fine. It's a new 2023 Buick ovation but some noise in the back. I was trying to get it situated before my warranty was up so I'm not too happy about that.
Over all the dealership was great. Walked in and knew what I wanted, test drove the vehicle and purchased it.

Only a 4 as I should not have to asked for get my truck washed after spending the money I did on this last time when asked about getting one I was told there is a line up and would be 15 to 20 mins. That Unacceptable

I purchased a new 2026 Buick Envista xx about a month ago with the help of Cody. He was amazing, very helpful, overall gave excellent customer service. Came in on an appointment asked me if I was waiting. I asked if they had a car I could use. Service writer said no but I could use a voucher for a Uber. I said I would wait. Service Tech sent me a video showing me what he was checking out and found no issues. I was gone and done within the hour.

Car was very greasy inside on the floor mats and pedals after picking it up. The car has leaked ever since then on my garage floor near my front driver tire. I tried to take it to the Walser in Brooklyn Park to check it out and they couldn’t find a leak but said they cleaned up a mess underneath. I had to pay for that “cleanup”. It still is leaking something. I will need to come back there to get it looked at but don’t want to be charged a “cleanup” again.

Salespeople are friendly when buying. Then they really push a warranty and tell you how good it is, as well as really push the sale by explaining how they have a really good 100 point inspection and how they go through everything. The next day I’m stoped because there is no license plate lights on the truck and it turned out that both bulbs were burnt out, you would think they would check the lights on that so called “amazing inspection” 34 days the truck says service parking brake and then a day after that injector #4 goes bad. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.
My GMC needed a transmission replacement at just 90,000 miles, which is already frustrating on its own—but being charged over $10,000 for the repair was completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the dealership did not provide a loaner vehicle during the process, leaving me without reliable transportation for an extended period.

They replaced my engine after having my car for over a month and then two days later the bottom of my car fell off and they were not helpful in fixing it

Very expensive. It's no wonder dealers have a reputation for being expensive. We take our vehicle elsewhere when it is practical. We keep our vehicles well-maintained. This costs you lost business.

driving home from dealer and car died. dead battery. after car was towed to the dealer a chip was noticed in the windshield. rear camera had to be replaced. $350. i replaced wipers and the drivers side had 22" should be 24". passenger side most of the rubber was missing. checked antifreeze level and there was nothing in the reservoir. Will monitor. If there was an inspection done on this vehicle they missed several things that should have been checked. Cruise control does not work. haven't been able to find the remedy yet.
